Reservations
are taken beginning at 8:00 a.m. on the first regular workday, after
January 1st. This will be Wednesday the 2nd for the
2008 season.
Reservations are taken after 9:00 am. during the season.

Reservations are taken
beginning at 8:00 a.m., February 15th, and after 9:00 a.m. during the
season.
EXCEPTION: Youth Conference Reservations for Non-SC, PCUSA
guests will be accepted starting on January 15th! |

Groups
A reservation for 10 or
more persons will be under a group contract.
All
Reservations
No advance reservations will be accepted for less than the length of a
conference during the "Conference Season" (June - August). Two weeks
before a conference starts, reservations will be accepted for all or part of
the week on a first-come basis. It is preferable that weekend
reservations be based on a two night minimum (Friday & Saturday nights).
No one group may reserve more than one-half of the facility during the
conference season. Before and after season, large groups may reserve all
or part of the facility.
Deposits
A deposit of one-half
the total projected bill is required within 14 days of making a
reservation.
If a reservation is cancelled at least 14 days before arrival (60 days for
groups), the deposit may be refunded. |
