Reservation
Policy Changes
For
South Carolina PCUSA Members
Reservations
can be made up to 12 months in advance of the
requested dates. Therefore, a group, or individuals,
wishing to make a reservation to stay the same
timeframe the following year may make those
reservations prior to their departure. A 50% deposit
on the reserved space will be due on January 15th
for all 2011 reservations made in 2010.
This
effectively does away with the previous policy of
taking reservation at 8:00 am, on the first business
day after New Year’s Day.
Reservations can be made up to 12 months in
advance of the stay.
Deposits
are due 2 weeks after a reservation is made except
in the case of reservations being made for the next
year. A reservation for 10 or more persons
will be under group contract and the
deposit may be refunded if the reservation is
cancelled 90 or more days prior to the reservation
date. Family and individual reservations must be
cancelled 14 or more days from the reservation date
to receive a refund.
